Due to recurring technical issues during the recent smoke detector inspections conducted by Siemens, technicians were unable to complete the full inspection of the North Courts during their visit.
Affected Units & Rescheduled Date: Siemens will return on Tuesday, November 10th, to finalize inspections for:
- North Courts: Courts 13, 16, 17, and 18
- Bridlington: Units 667–669 and 694–696 (previously deferred due to health-related precautions)
Important Inspection Details:
- Apartment Access: To ensure community safety and complete the system testing, technicians must enter every apartment in the designated areas.
- Scheduling: Due to the scope of this project, we are unable to accommodate individual appointment times or rescheduling.
- Staff Escorts: A Medford Leas team member will accompany Siemens personnel during all apartment entries. Please kindly grant them access when they arrive.
